InvestSense is a free research, tracking, and AI-assisted education tool for the Indian equity and ETF market. It is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes. You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure — we authenticate you through Google and never see or store your Google password. You must be old enough, under the law of your jurisdiction, to enter into this agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to violate any applicable securities regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the service at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or represent the service's output as your own without attribution where required.
• Use the AI assistant to generate content that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to manipulate markets.

InvestSense is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Market data may be delayed or occasionally incorrect; AI-generated content may be incomplete or wrong. You use the service, and act on anything it shows you, at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvestSense and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use InvestSense after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
